With a pin-flange locking system, stress is evenly distributed throughout the entire connection and alignment is precise. The pins will not jam due to corrosion and are developed to support a 2×4 flush with the deck, hiding the connection. Robbins Maritime Barges are sealed with double welds making them completely air tight and water tight.
